Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms paneer


  • 1/2 kgs spinach


  • 1/2 tsp cumin


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 4 nos boiled tomatoes puree


  • 1 nos boiled onion puree


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups cream


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 2 tsp mastard oil


  • 1 tsp pure ghee


  • 2 nos green chilli paste


  • 1-2 tsp salt(as per taste)


  • 2 tsp freshly chopped corriander


  • 1 pinch turmeric

Directions

  • Boil and make puree of spinach
  • Now heat mastard oil and pure ghee in a wok and add cumin seeds
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, onion puree and saute
  • Now add turmeric, salt, garam masala and chilli paste
  • Now add tomatoe puree and cook until oil separates
  • Now add spinach puree and cook for 5mins
  • Cut small pieces of paneer and golden fry in butter
  • Now add fried paneer in spinach gravy and mix gently
  • Now add cream and off the flame
  • Garnish with corriander and serve
